Edible UV Glow in the Dark Slime

Slimy and glowy! This edible UV glow slime recipe should definitely be on your Halloween food list! It's also awesome for any other blacklight party. In this DIY video I will show you how to make it.

You need psyllium fiber, water, lemon syrup and vitamin B2 or Tonic for this recipe. If you use Tonic, you don't have to use water (see video). Tonic created the blue edible glow slime due to the quinine in it, which is UV reactive. For the yellow kind, as seen above, you need vitamin B2 (also known as Riboflavin). It glows neon yellow in ultraviolet light (blacklight).

A microwave is the tool I used to create this slime, as you can see in the video. You can also heat up the ingredients in a pan though!

This glow slime recipe is a nice sensory play idea!

The edible glow slime tastes... slimy! And lemony. I actually finished a huge bowl of it, and quite liked the structure!
